Steve is a Director within BIE's business transformation team. He focuses on roles across the HR transformation space, supporting HR leaders who are making changes to their function, as well as the people workstream of a broader business transformation programme.

Steve works closely with his clients along the entire transformation journey from project initiation, scoping and risk management through to skill and capability reviews, governance and programme execution. He partners with a wide range of organisations across all sectors, from FTSE 100 and 250, global blue chip, SMEs and private equity.

His remit covers transformation roles such as, programme directors, organisation design, target operating model design, change and communication, HRIS vendor selection and implementation, programme and project management, HR process specialists, shared services and outsourcing, PMO, M&A and post-merger integration.

Before joining BIE in June 2015, Steve worked within HR before moving into recruitment, recruiting senior HR roles in both Sydney and London.
