As Senior Director in the People and Culture practice, Steve's focus is on interim appointments across all functional areas, including Talent, OD, Leadership Development, Senior HRBP's, Talent Acquisition and Data and Analytics.

Steve also has strong experience supporting leaders through transformation programmes, including design and implementation of new operating models, HRIS selection, implementation and optimisation, Shared Services and GBS. He also supports businesses with the people aspects of broader programmes, including TOM, Org Design, Change Management and Communications.

Steve has over 20 years experience in HR and Transformation interim management, partnering with senior leaders in both large corporates and private equity-backed businesses to build high-performing teams. Before joining BIE in June 2015, Steve worked within HR before moving into recruitment, recruiting senior HR roles in both Sydney and London.

Originally from Australia, Steve now lives in Suffolk and spends his time as taxi service for his two sons, playing golf and paddle.
