As a member of BIE’s executive leadership team, Simon partners with organisations delivering transformation and change programmes. He works closely with clients to build the leadership teams and specialist capability needed to support and shape successful transformation initiatives.
Over the course of his career, Simon has developed an extensive network across the transformation market, working with a wide range of organisations including global PLCs, SMEs and private equity-backed businesses across the industrial and commercial sectors.
Simon specialises in supporting complex transformation programmes, helping organisations secure the expertise required to deliver critical change. His work spans transformation leadership teams, from Transformation Directors and Programme Directors through to experienced workstream leads, programme managers and project managers.
Known as ‘Cords’ to friends and colleagues, Simon enjoys working hard and playing hard. A passionate believer in teamwork and the value of strong relationships, he enjoys tennis, squash, golf and, more recently, padel. Above all, family, friends and having fun remain at the heart of everything he does.
