BIE is continuing its strategic growth and its focus on positioning the company as a sector leader in end-to-end people solutions. The month of June saw three key appointments, strengthening both the HR and business transformation practices.

BIE Executive took three senior new recruits on board during June as part of a strategic move to further enhance its HR and business transformation offering.

 The company has already invested heavily in developing its advisory practice in order to offer clients better end-to-end planning, scoping and recruitment solutions.

Now it has brought Steve Arrow, Elaine Serjeant and Celine Clark on board – a trio boasting three decades of senior recruitment experience between them.

Steve's career has seen him recruit across a number of areas including transformation, change and HR. He was formerly at Frazer Jones and is a specialist interim management provider with a passion for change and has worked on assignments with a range of companies from FTSE 100 to SMEs.

Elaine joined BIE's business transformation team from a similar role at Randstad. At BIE she will be responsible for recruiting across the entire transformation spectrum, from programme initiation through to project management, delivery and legacy management. She will work across skill sets, finding placements in change management, IT, technology and HR.

Joining the two transformation experts is Celine Clark, who has taken up post as a Director in the HR division. Celine has over eight year's recruitment experience of hiring HR executives into the commercial, professional services and public sectors. She has worked for a number of specialist finance and HR recruiters, overseeing senior interim appointments, contingency, permanent vacancies and retained searches.

BIE has continued to go from strength to strength since its management buy-out in the spring of 2013, with consultant numbers rising and the appointment of respected former EY deputy managing partner Richard King as non-executive Chairman.
