Following an exciting year of growth across the business, and with a desire to continue on the same trajectory in the next financial year, BIE is delighted to announce the expansion of its Human Resources Practice.

BIE’s HR Practice has grown over recent months, with people returning and new faces joining, adding even greater experience and bringing further expertise to both the search and interim teams.

Vikki Worsley joined the team as Director in April this year, having worked in frontline HR recruitment for many years. Her strength is in collaborating closely with senior HR leaders to help them develop effective hiring strategies and placing candidates in roles that enable them to flourish.

The HR interim team saw the arrival of a new face earlier in the year when Phil Roberts joined the practice. With his consultative approach, Phil is passionate about working with his clients to deliver the best HR interim talent for every assignment.

In addition to these recent new hires, the HR team has also seen the return of Anna Davies and Roz Alexander from maternity and sabbatical leave respectively. Anna and Roz have worked at BIE for over 13 years combined, bringing a deep understanding of BIE’s candidate network and a wealth of industry knowledge, as they return to deliver HR interim, FTC and permanent recruitment solutions for clients.

Matthew Whipp re-joined BIE in May as Senior Director, having worked for the business previously. Following a year-long break where he pursued new career experiences, Matt has returned, bringing his wealth of knowledge to BIE’s HR function.

Warren Pfotenhauer also joined the business in recent weeks as a Research Director,  to add further experience to the already industry-leading HR Search practice, which is led by Amelia Black and Maja Markovic. Warren’s primary focus is identifying and engaging with top HR talent and supporting searches across the business whilst collaborating with other functional expertise areas.
