He works closely with senior leadership teams and is a trusted advisor to BIE’s clients, helping them identify their talent needs, agenda and providing a tailored first-class experience.
Prior to joining BIE, Warren was a Partner at Appoint, where he was responsible for Leading and growing the Appoint business across South Africa. His focus was both cross functional and industry agnostic centring on building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with his clients and candidates. His career highlights to date include the successful implementation of numerous graduate recruitment platforms for large multinational corporates, the appointment of countless c-suite executives for SME and listed organisations and he has worked across geographies and cultures to provide talent solutions for clients.
Warren was born in South Africa, and after 13 years in the UK, has since moved back to his country of birth, where he works 100% remotely for BIE.
Warren now spends his free time running around his family, dogs and enjoying the great outdoors as often as possible.
