Since moving to London in 2014, Tom has successfully launched an interim finance division for a boutique consultancy before more recently co-founding an executive interim management brand for a privately owned accountancy & finance recruitment firm.
Tom now works as a Director within BIE’s Transformation Practice and has significant experience within Business and Finance Transformation. With extensive experience in identifying and placing top-tier talent globally in leadership roles, Tom focuses on aligning transformative business strategies with financial leadership. Recognised for a deep understanding of the evolving demands of today’s dynamic business environment, he partners with organisations to source executives who drive innovation, enhance financial performance, and lead complex change initiatives.
Outside of work, Tom is a keen sportsman having previously played football semi-professionally. He now spends most of his time watching his beloved Southampton FC play; as often as he can on weekends, instead of playing!
