Tom has extensive experience in professional services industries in the UK, USA and Asia, spanning over 25 years. Having lived and worked in both the UK and the USA, he moved into consulting with Bain and Company. Later, he then joined KPMG where he was a Partner in the Transaction Services division, advising companies and management teams on business strategy and transformation. After leaving KPMG, to take a European and Asia wide role, Tom moved from delivering services to managing and leading professional services organisations; first as CEO of, intelligence and investigation consultancy, Kroll. Then until the end of 2023 he was the CEO of LOD (Lawyers On Demand), the world’s leading flexible legal services provider.
Alongside Tom’s extensive experience and expertise, he is passionate about exploring how new ways of working are transforming the way in which companies are using professional service providers, like recruitment companies, consultancies and risk management advisers.
When not at work, pub games are Tom’s hobby; particularly darts and cribbage, where despite having played approximately 20,000 games, he is yet to witness the perfect 29 hand!
