As a member of BIE’s executive leadership team, Simon’s focus is on supporting a wide variety of clients across all c-suite functions who are typically looking to enhance their businesses’ ability to perform. These companies range from FTSE and large privately owned/equity backed businesses through to, SMEs and start-ups with a growth agenda who need to mature their enabling functions.
Simon works with companies primarily based in the UK and across Europe, as well as businesses in the Caribbean, USA, Middle East and Asia, providing talent for the roles and projects, such as:
Simon previously spent eight years with Badenoch & Clark managing highly successful teams and large company accounts including BP and GSK. He was a founding member of Eton Bridge Partners where he set up the business transformation function, before joining BIE as an equity partner in July 2013.
When not at work, Simon enjoys socialising and hosting dinner parties with a focus on cooking starters, main courses and desserts using a variety of BBQs. In his spare time, Simon also enjoys coaching rugby for the mighty Tadley Tigers; having coached from U7 – U14, and going on ski holidays, especially the active side of skiing; not just the après.
