Simon is a member of BIE's executive leadership team and leads BIE's CFO & Financial Leadership Practice.

As an equity partner since 2013, Simon has played a key role in shaping BIE’s integrated proposition across Business Advisory, Interim Management and Executive Search. Whilst he leads the CFO & Financial Leadership Practice, he works across a broad range of transformation and leadership challenges spanning Finance, Technology, People & Culture, Supply Chain & Procurement and Shared Services.

Simon partners with boards, CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, investors and transformation leaders across the UK, Europe, North America, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Asia, helping organisations navigate change, improve performance and build the leadership capability needed to deliver successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Simon is passionate about outdoor cooking and is known for his multi-course BBQ feasts. He is also a dedicated rugby coach, family taxi driver and enjoys active ski holidays, always favouring the slopes over the après.
