Matt is a Senior Director in BIE’s People & Culture Leadership Practice, where he collaborates with leaders to help them shape and develop effective hiring strategies and to attract and retain the most suitable interim HR talent in the market.

He is an experienced Director with a demonstrable track record of working with businesses going through periods of change and transformation. Matt works with a range of clients across the UK and Europe. Typically, he is mandated to find interim management solutions for businesses in order to enable them to hit their objectives and deliver on target.

Matt has worked for BIE in the past. After a short two year break, where he pursued new career experiences, he re-joined the business in 2022 bringing his wealth of industry knowledge to the industry-leading HR function at BIE.

At the age of 25, Matt helped launch a recruitment business and supported in scaling the company over 3.5 years. Entrepreneurship was a steep learning curve but an invaluable experience, Matt often uses the management, people and problem solving skills learned here in his day-to-day at BIE.
