Specialising in executive search, he works with businesses across the UK to appoint CFOs, Finance Directors and specialist financial leaders including; Group Finance Controllers, Divisional Finance Directors, plus personnel across Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Treasury, Tax, M&A, Investor Relations and Audit.
Matt joined BIE following a successful track record of placing CFOs and financial leaders across the Retail, Consumer, and Leisure sectors. His expertise spans family-owned businesses, private equity-backed companies, and publicly listed organizations.
Originally from Sussex, he spends his spare time on various country trails and coastal walks with his wife, two boys and pair of Cockapoos. More often than not, these walks conclude at one of the county’s great pubs or restaurants.
