Specialising in executive search, Matt partners with organisations across the UK to appoint CFOs, Finance Directors and specialist finance leaders. His experience spans leadership appointments across Group Finance Control, Divisional Finance Leadership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Treasury, Tax, M&A, Investor Relations and Audit.
Prior to joining BIE, Matt established a strong track record supporting CFO and finance leadership appointments across the Retail, Consumer and Leisure sectors. He works with a broad range of organisations, including family-owned businesses, private equity-backed companies and publicly listed organisations.
Originally from Sussex, Matt spends much of his free time exploring the countryside and coastline with his wife, two sons and pair of Cockapoos. More often than not, conclude at one of the county’s great pubs or restaurants.
