Prior to joining BIE, Maddie worked as an Operations Executive for a renowned and respected recruitment consultancy where she coordinated operations and projects for the business’ Government practice. Maddie hails from Australia and came to the UK in March 2020 to continue developing her career and work with some of the country’s leading consultants.
In her spare time, Maddie enjoys keeping fit and has completed a 50km ultramarathon together with her colleagues, where they raised over £10k for charity.
