He supports the Directors of the practice in sourcing Interim CFOs, Finance Directors and senior finance professionals including Group Financial Controllers, Divisional Finance Directors and finance specialists across FP&A, Commercial Finance, M&A and Audit.
Prior to joining BIE, Kai was an Associate Consultant at Hydrogen Group, where he helped clients with hires ranging from newly qualified to senior-level accounting and finance across a range of industries, including Financial Services, Fintech, Challenger Banking, Real Estate and Tech.
Having attended Goldsmiths University, Kai began his career in London and now spends his time in between both the BIE London and Manchester offices. He loves skiing and takes every opportunity to travel and explore new places.
