The roles she recruits for include Chief Human Resource Officers, HRDs, Global Resource & Talent Managers, Compensation & Benefit Managers and Diversity & Inclusion Officers. Jenny acts as an advisory partner to her clients and career advisor to her candidates.
Before joining BIE in March 2021, Jenny spent the past twenty years working for UK and globally focused recruitment companies as an Executive Assistant, Candidate Researcher and now Consultant.
When not helping senior HR candidates find their next role, Jen can either be found enjoying the outdoors or in the gym trying to beat her deadlift personal best of 95kgs!
