She has worked in the recruitment industry since 2016, following seven years living and teaching abroad in Spain, Japan and Australia. Prior to joining BIE, Grace held senior, generalist marketing roles at a number of leading, high‑growth recruitment businesses, where she partnered closely with leadership teams to support growth, positioning and client engagement.
Outside of work, Grace’s twins keep her busy. She enjoys travelling (particularly to sunny beach destinations), good food and wine, and staying active through the gym and yoga.
