Gordon is CEO of BIE and a member of the Executive Leadership team, responsible for the strategic direction and development of the business.

Gordon has been a part of BIE’s Senior Leadership team for over 10 years and possesses an intimate knowledge of the organisation, having played a crucial part in its growth and success over the past decade. Gordon is passionate about leading a team at BIE wedded to our values of collaboration, providing a high touch agile service within a supportive work environment.

Having led a number of Search and Interim teams in both the UK and Internationally, Gordon has had a personal focus in supporting people related change in the placement of Chief People Officers and Interim Consultants as part of large scale change programmes across a range of sectors.

Having been born in Scotland, he has lived in both the UK and Asia Pacific. Gordon now lives in Hackney with his husband Colin and enjoys travel and spending time between London and their friends & family in Glasgow.
