Emma-Claire is a member of the executive leadership team and leads the People & Culture Leadership Practice for BIE. She delivers senior and board-level interim and executive search solutions across all sectors and areas of HR and has a particular passion for business transformation projects.

She has extensive resourcing consulting experience, working with a wide selection of private sector clients and has focused exclusively on interim management within human resources, HR transformation and people-related change.

She works with clients ranging from FTSE 100 to smaller, private equity-backed businesses across a wide span of sectors including professional services, telcos, technology, utilities and media.

Emma-Claire leads a team of specialist consultants skilled in the provision of talent to support the following resourcing activities:

Permanent and interim hiring across the HR function.
Designing, leading and delivering HR transformation programmes.
Supporting the people workstreams of wider business transformation programmes.

Outside of work Emma-Claire has a general love of the outdoors – whatever the weather! You will find her on rugged country walks, exploring by kayak or simply enjoying a G&T by the firepit.
