Claire joined BIE in June 2019 and co-leads the People & Culture Search Practice, operating as part of BIE's Executive Leadership Team.

She focuses on senior-level retained search assignments across all HR disciplines and brings experience delivering CPO and HR leadership mandates on behalf of a range of global corporate, SME, PE-backed and scale-up organisations.

Her search career spans over 20 years and she has specialised in the executive HR market since 2004, recruiting cross-sector in the UK and internationally.

Claire lives in Hertfordshire with her husband Carlos and two teenage children, Jamie and Elle. When not managing their busy social lives she enjoys running, wine and travel to sunny places
