Byron joined BIE in September 2009 and focuses on delivering C-suite leaders into transforming and evolving businesses. He covers Technology and Commercial leadership roles across a diverse client base ranging from FTSE, AIM listed, private Equity as well as privately-owned businesses. Byron is also responsible for BIE’s executive search proposition and driving cross-function collaboration across the business.
Byron has the advantage of having a broad and cross-functional network having worked across all of BIE’s internal disciplines and has personally delivered search mandates across the UK and internationally including Europe, Asia, ME and North America.
He started his career in electronic manufacturing where he was involved in the design, manufacture and installation of high-end industrial equipment. Utilising this knowledge, combined with a passion for technology, Byron brings a very methodical and process-led approach to Search delivery.
