She organises targeted BIE networking events for the BIE Community and plays an important role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, providing a quality experience and ensuring BIE’s high standards are upheld.
Ann-Maree began her career in recruitment in 2004 as a team secretary within the finance division of Michael Page in Sydney. She moved to the UK in 2008 where she worked her way up to Operations Leader at a finance and technology recruitment company, before joining BIE.
Ann-Maree loves attending live music gigs, traveling and great food, and is BIE’s resident Queen of fancy dress. With her husband being Scottish and Ann-Maree Australian, they enjoy creating some very interesting fusion food dishes and imposing it on their friends, family and colleagues – whether it has worked out or not!
