Amelia joined BIE in May 2021, and is a Senior Director within BIE’s People & Culture Leadership Practice.

She focuses on senior retained assignments covering all HR disciplines and works with clients across all sectors and ownership structures.

Amelia has over 13 years’ executive search experience and has worked for a selection of highly reputable search firms throughout her career in both the UK and Asia.

In her spare time, Amelia enjoys walking on Wimbledon Common, which is luckily on her doorstep, and finding new restaurants to try in London.
