Today, Amelia partners with organisations to identify and appoint exceptional People and Culture leaders, bringing a combination of market insight, rigorous search expertise and a strong understanding of the leadership capabilities required to support organisational transformation and growth.
Alongside her client work, Amelia is an active member of BIE’s ED&I Steering Committee, contributing to the firm’s Social Purpose agenda and initiatives focused on equity, inclusion, community engagement and creating positive impact beyond the business.
