We spoke to Tracy Hough, People & Culture Director – Global functions, Strategy, Corporate Affairs and GC at Imperial Brands, who has worked with BIE as a candidate and client for 20 years, to explore her career journey to date, key risks she’s taken, as well as her move from interim to permanent work.
Tracy reflects on her first assignment and the evolution of her interim career since then, up until she decided to move to a permanent role at the end of her 6-month assignment at Imperial Brands, where she’s now been for four years. Tracy also shared her experience working with BIE throughout her career and how our support contributed to her success.
