We spoke to Teri Ellison, Chief HR Officer at SHL and long-time candidate and client of BIE, to discuss her career to date, the key challenges she’s overcome and lessons she’s learnt.
Teri discusses her career journey which has taken her through organisations such as the BBC, BP and Centrica. She talks about how she’s come to be in her current role at SHL and BIE’s role in her journey, ever since we first started working together in 2005.
