Lisa joined the BIE team in 2019 as Client Relationship Director and was promoted to Chief of Staff in July 2023. She plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring everyone internally and externally receives a consistent, professional and seamless experience every time they come into contact with the team.

Lisa supports the CEO and is responsible for Collaboration, Key Account Management and the Internal People and Culture of BIE and is part of the BIE Senior Leadership Team.

Before joining BIE, Lisa gained significant experience within executive search and consulting, working cross sector and geographies in a range of research/consulting and operational roles.

Lisa grew up in Southport, Merseyside and has since lived in both the South East of England and Australia. She is married with a teenage daughter, a dog and two cats. Lisa loves cooking and drinking wine which is counterbalanced by her love for her peloton! Having been diagnosed with Sarcoidosis in 2019, Lisa is focused on enjoying life to the full, taking as much magic out of every interaction as she can.
