Byron leads BIE’s Technology Search Practice and Executive Search capability.
Since joining BIE in 2009, Byron has partnered with organisations undergoing growth, transformation and change, helping them secure the leadership needed to deliver strategic objectives and long-term business success. He specialises in Technology and Commercial leadership appointments across FTSE and AIM-listed businesses, private equity-backed organisations and privately owned companies.
As a member of BIE’s leadership team, Byron plays a key role in shaping the firm’s executive search proposition and driving collaboration across BIE’s practices to support clients through complex business challenges.
Having worked across BIE’s internal disciplines, Byron brings a broad cross-functional perspective and an extensive network built over many years. He has delivered executive search assignments across the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.
Before joining BIE, Byron worked within electronic manufacturing, where he was involved in the design, manufacture and installation of high-end industrial equipment. Combined with a passion for technology, this gives him a structured, analytical and highly practical approach to executive search.
