Shaping the Workforce of the Future: People, Culture and Talent

The pandemic created seismic shifts across the business world, and its impact is still being felt. From remote and flexible working, to readjusted employee expectations, our collective approach to work has changed. And at the forefront of this fundamental shift is People, Culture and Talent (HR).

We wanted to find out how today’s People functions are adapting, what trends are emerging and what the future might look like. We conducted a survey of almost 200 People professionals, including Chief People Officers, HR directors and heads of function, across talent, reward and employee experience. Our People and Culture practice also interviewed major industry players to get their thoughts on the results as well as providing their own commentary on the trends.
