Sam joined the BIE People and Culture practice in April 2024 to focus on senior level interim and search Reward mandates both in the UK and internationally.

She has supported reward professionals with their career moves since 2016, delivering on reward leadership assignments, partnering with FTSE and overseas listed, privately owned and PE-backed global organisations, building reward functions for clients across sectors.

Sam’s expertise includes remuneration committee, executive remuneration, governance & risk management, total reward, benefits & pensions, and global mobility.

In her spare time, when Sam is not out walking her dog in one of London’s many parks, she enjoys eating out and is an avid gym goer.
