Mandy joined BIE in 2022 as a Business Support Manager. She supports the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture Leadership team, where her role is integral to ensuring both clients and candidates receive a consistent, professional and friendly experience every time they come into contact with BIE.

Prior to starting at BIE, Mandy worked as an Executive Assistant within the Leadership & Succession team at Russell Reynolds Associates supporting two senior associates, she was mainly involved in the psychological executive assessments.

Mandy also enjoys supporting charities whilst at work. She once came second in a charity ‘plank off’ against colleagues, holding the pose for a staggering 14 minutes 30 seconds! In her spare time, Mandy enjoys cooking, long walks with her dog, weights and has a purple belt in kickboxing.
