Zoe joined BIE in September 2021 as a Business Support Manager. Her role is to support the day-to-day operations of the technology team and to provide business development support to the BD team.
Zoe’s role is integral to ensuring both clients and candidates receive a consistent, professional and friendly experience every time they come into contact with BIE.
Prior to joining the business, Zoe worked as an Executive Personal Assistant to two Directors at a well-respected boutique recruitment consultancy. In this role she created and organised a database for all candidates and clients which elevated their experience and allowed for smooth and reliable processing. Her strong organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills continue to develop here at BIE.
