Zoe joined BIE in September 2021 as a Business Support Manager. Her role is to support the day-to-day operations of the Technology Leadership Team and to provide business development support to the BD team.
Zoe’s role is integral to ensuring both clients and candidates receive a consistent, professional and friendly experience every time they come into contact with BIE.
Prior to joining the business, Zoe worked as an Executive Personal Assistant to two Directors at a well-respected boutique recruitment consultancy. In this role she created and organised a database for all candidates and clients which elevated their experience and allowed for smooth and reliable processing. Her strong organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills continue to develop here at BIE.
When not at work, Zoe will either be found in the gym or baking her next great creation. Zoe currently holds the title of BIE bake-off champion, remaining unbeaten since she joined in 2021.
