Will is an Associate Consultant working in the Transformation team.
Having joined BIE in 2022, he predominantly supports a wide range of businesses through the implementation and delivery of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation programmes.
He first started his career in recruitment, developing and honing his resourcing skills, and helping to seek out the best talent in the market whilst spotting any new client opportunities. Will then moved into a sales support role where he acted as a link between the sales and finance teams, managing client relationships to ensure that processes were slick and timely.
