The roles she supports on include; CFOs, Finance Directors, Group Finance Controllers, Divisional Finance Directors, plus personnel across Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Treasury, Tax, M&A, Investor Relations and Audit.
Prior to joining BIE, Victoria was Head of CFO Practice at a boutique firm focused on hires for private equity-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses, and before that was Associate Partner in the CFO Practice at Page Executive.
Victoria has proven success in recruiting talent for all ownership types, be it FTSE, privately owned, private equity-backed or not-for-profit and across multiple sectors including financial services, professional services, retail, wellness, beauty and TMT.
Having once dreamt of space, and now living in leafy North London, Victoria is often rushing off to spin and yoga classes. Victoria is involved in the first City of London community-owned solar panel project and is passionate about supporting non-profits; seeking a more sustainable lifestyle.
