Tom began his recruitment career with a leading global FTSE listed business where he experienced early success and was ranked as one of the company’s leading performers in the UK.

Since moving to London in 2014, Tom has successfully launched an interim finance division for a boutique consultancy before more recently co-founding an executive interim management brand for a privately owned accountancy & finance recruitment firm.

Tom now works as a Director within BIE’s CFO & Financial Leadership Practice and specialises in placing executive-level interim managers into FTSE listed and PE/VC backed businesses. He has built an impressive network across the start-up and scale-up tech markets and continues to deliver on multiple assignments across the UK. Such roles include CFOs, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, FP&A/Modelling specialists, Tax and M&A consultants.
