As a member of the executive leadership team, Simon supports organisations as they go through transformation. His role is to identify the best talent in the market from a consultancy and interim management perspective in order to support and shape transformation programmes.
His network stems from years of working within the world of recruitment. Over this period, Simon has worked with a large number of companies in all sectors. The majority have been global PLCs, SMEs and private equity companies within the industrial and commercial sectors.
Simon predominantly staffs programme teams requiring a full range of programme and project expertise. Roles range from transformation directors to experienced work-stream leads, programme and project managers.
