Roz has specialised in the HR interim management space for over 12 years and has a robust and proven background in this area. As a Delivery Consultant within the People & Culture Leadership Practice, she prides herself on sourcing the highest-calibre interim candidates for her clients. 

Prior to joining BIE, Roz worked for a leading interim management & executive recruitment firm in the Thames Valley, where her primary focus was with the HR interim space.

Roz works across a wide range of private sector clients, including several FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, and increasingly more privately backed global organisations. Her success to date is based on the long-term relationships she has built with her trusted network, founded on integrity, transparency and a passion for what she does.
