Prior to joining BIE, Roz worked for a leading interim management & executive recruitment firm in the Thames Valley, where her primary focus was with the HR interim space.
Roz works across a wide range of private sector clients, including several FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, and increasingly more privately backed global organisations. Her success to date is based on the long-term relationships she has built with her trusted network, founded on integrity, transparency and a passion for what she does. It’s the longevity of the strong relationships she has fostered across the HR population over the years which helps differentiate her and her skill set.
Outside of work, Roz enjoys spending time with her young family and going on long country walks, which preferably end with a nice pub lunch!
