Bringing a wealth of industry-relevant experience, he joined the leadership team to drive forward BIE’s ambitious growth agenda. In October 2021, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, a key strategic move central to BIE’s expansion.
Rob works alongside the senior leadership team to deliver the business’ future growth plans. In addition to this, he oversees the development and implementation of systems and the streamlining of processes as the business continuously looks to improve the client and candidate experience.
