Phil joined BIE in 2022 as a Director in the People & Culture Leadership Practice.
He works with clients to deliver the best HR interim talent in the market and works hard seeking new business opportunities for the ever-evolving practice.
Prior to joining BIE, Phil was Practice Lead – HR & Transformation at Annapurna Recruitment, a business he joined as a trainee consultant. During his time there, he worked on interim HR and transformation recruitment across all sectors and specialisms, for organisations such as Cancer Research, Reiss, Unit 4, Starbucks, Getronics, Colt Technology Services.
