Maja joined BIE in August 2021 as a Research Associate working in the People & Culture Leadership Practice.

She supports directors, consultants and the wider team with research for HR assignments, whilst also organising events and round-tables for BIE’s candidates and clients.

Before joining BIE, Maja worked as a Project Coordinator for an Executive Search and Talent consultancy that specialised in professional services, where she delivered assignments across a number of industries including forensics, finance, technology and sustainability. Prior to this, she worked as a researcher at HireRight managing candidate background screening. The skills and experiences she took from these roles contributed to her quick integration and early success at BIE.
