Prior to joining BIE, Luke was the Managing Partner of a scaling technology recruitment business as well as the previous Partner at Albany, leading CTO and CPO capability across VC/PE Markets.
Working across Europe, Luke has an exceptional geographical network and a career spanning more than 20 years. Over the last 5 years Luke has supported hyper growth businesses through to enterprise clients and has overseen c100 Tech & Product searches.
Luke has a young family that occupies him outside of work. If he’s not watching his sons and daughter playing pre academy football, you will find him Boxing, Lifting, Running, going to gigs, or walking the family fox red lab, Dexter.
