Before joining BIE, Caroline worked in a number of businesses going through procedural or organisational change. From large accountancy system overhauls to GDPR projects, she has been pivotal in implementing processes to improve business performance.
In her spare time Caroline enjoys swimming in the sea, walking and ski-ing, and has been known to take part in a ski-bungee for fun!
