Using his wealth of career experience, Ben is building future capability in the research team, adding further rigor around research and search, whilst developing future talent both internally and for BIE’s clients.
Ben has over 18 years executive search experience, successfully completing retained mandates in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific spanning a range of sectors and industries. Prior to joining BIE, Ben was Head of Delivery and Research, Public Sector at Green Park covering a wide range of clients including public, not for profit & private sector. He has always worked in highly candidate-centric, research-driven roles across a variety of clients and corporate functions spanning Human Resources, Technology, Operations, Transformation and Non-Executive.
Ben is a parent to two boys, so provides a weekend taxi service and attend various sports fixtures across the southeast. Outside of work, Ben enjoys cooking and eating and, consequently, regular trips to the gym.
