We are now all thrust into lockdown three and there is a familiar and universal cry of ‘not again’.
Line managers, leaders and our people functions are all feeling a level of ‘Groundhog Day’. The initial Lockdowns were unfamiliar territory and while senior leaders across the UK rolled out their Business Continuity Playbooks, there was no principle or rule that covered all eventualities of a pandemic.
