Marty joined BIE in March 2017 and heads up the marketing function. He is responsible for developing and delivering a marketing strategy that allows BIE to achieve its vision.
Commercially minded and customer focused, Marty is passionate about demonstrating the value of marketing to the business and the industry as a whole.
Marty works closely with the partners to identify new growth opportunities and develop a strong pool of high calibre candidates. He ensures BIE’s reputation as a market leader in supporting organisations going through change continues to grow, through promoting the strength of BIE’s unique proposition and the exceptional client and candidate experience delivered.
Marty has eight years' marketing experience within the recruitment industry. He enjoys keeping up to date with the latest marketing trends and case studies, especially looking at what other industries are doing to see what can be adapted for the recruitment industry.
